“UK Funding Opportunities for Greek Innovative SMEs” Conference

The British Embassy Athens and Innovation Greece will host a conference on UK “UK Funding Opportunities for Greek Innovative SMEs“.

Τhe aim of the event is to showcase the UK ecosystem, including grants and private funding, to Greek innovative SMEs.

Τhe event will be split into two parts:

1. 7/12/2022 (17:00-21:00, Royal Olympic Athens Hotel, ‘‘Templars Hall’’ 28-34 Athanasiou Diakou Str., 117 43 Athens, Greece). During the first session of this conference, the major Greek Innovation Funding Stakeholders (public or private) will present their activities. In the second session, UK consultants and investors will present the UK ecosystem and available funding opportunities for Innovative SMEs. The day will conclude with a panel discussion focused on the Global Entrepreneurs Programme and case studies of three Greek SMEs, currently under it. The event is open to the public and free of charge, however registration is required. (Conference Agenda is attached)

2. 8/12/2022 (09:30-13:30, HM Ambassador Residence). On day two, a closed pitching event for 10 selected Greek SMEs will take place at the British Ambassador’s Residence. These companies will have the opportunity to present their innovative product in front of a panel of experts and receive information about Innovate UK, as well as, feedback on their business proposal. Interested Greek Innovative SMEs, that want to perform a 3 minutes pitch should submit their pitch deck at info@innovationgreece.com by 28/11. The selected SMEs will be notified by 2/12/2022.
